  well I'm not sure what that other person experienced but I've found their pharmacy to be incredibly helpful with everything I've asked. I've had a lot of issues with medication allergies and they helped me figure out what I needed to be on when even my doctor didn't know. As well, one of the lady's helped us find a stain remove to take some blood out of the carpet when my fiance cut himself in our rented carpet. we had been to 3 other stores with no solution. I'm a pretty picky person when it comes to customer service, so I can assure you, this place is as good as any. I've not dealt with the make-up team. they seem a bit lack-lustre to me. but I have other fish to fry in that store :P
